Every recovery follows a disciplined, secure workflow designed to maximise success and protect your data.
You tell us what happened. We identify the device type and failure symptoms, then provide quote.
Your drive/device is logged and handled under strict privacy controls. No work starts without your approval.
Recovery is performed (logical or mechanical where needed), rebuild file systems, and extract the data.
We test and validate data integrity, then transfer your recovered data back to you on a new drive or via secure cloud delivery.

We recover data from hard drives, SSDs, NVMe drives, RAID systems, USB flash drives, memory cards, and external storage devices.
Yes. All devices are handled under strict confidentiality and security procedures. Your data is never accessed, shared, or retained beyond the recovery process. All recovered data is disposed of 7 days after recovery.
No recovery can be guaranteed. However, we only proceed when there is a reasonable chance of success, and we will be honest about what can and cannot be recovered.
Recovery time depends on the device type and level of damage. Most recoveries take a few days, while complex cases may take longer. Urgent options are available.
Our primary focus is data recovery, not long-term device repair. In some cases, we may temporarily repair or stabilise a device as part of the recovery process in order to safely retrieve your data. However, once recovery is complete, these devices are strongly advised not to be used again. Drives that have failed are unreliable and may fail again without warning. For this reason, all recovered data is transferred to a new storage device or delivered securely via cloud, ensuring the safety and integrity of your data going forward.
With HDD's and Flash Drives, if recovery is not possible, you are not charged for the recovery work performed. However, certain devices and configurations require advanced diagnostics and carry an assessment fee due to the specialised tools, time, and expertise involved. This typically applies to devices such as SSDs, NVMe drives, and RAID arrays. Any assessment fees are discussed upfront before work begins, so there are no surprises. If recovery is deemed impossible after assessment, no further recovery charges will apply.
